1 piece preserved stem ginger plus 15ml/ 1 tbsp syrup from the ginger jar
50 gram / 1/4 cup ready to eat dried apricots, halve or quartered
40 gram / 1/2 cup unsweetened muesli
about 200 ml / 1 cup non-dairy milk, chilled

Chop the preserved ginger and put it in a blender or food processor with the syrup, apricot , muesli and milk
