Orange Smoothie (2 servings)

The orange smoothie takes just minutes to prepare.  It is delicious, refreshing and best of all it help to boost the immune system.  You may enjoyed it as a refreshing drink any time of the day.

 Orange Smoothie Ingredients

300 ml / 1 1/4 cups freshly squeeze orange juice, chilled.
200ml / 1 cup low fat pro-biotic yogurt, chilled
250 gram / 1 1/2 cups raspberries washed and chilled 

Orange Smoothie Preparation Method

Place the raspberries and yogurt in a blender or food processor and process for about 1 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
 

Add the orange juice to the raspberries and yogurt mixture and process for another 30 second.  Pour into the tall glasses and serve immediately.
