Frozen Yogurt Ingredients
350g / 3cups frozen summer fruits, plus whole fresh or frozen berries to decorate
200g / 7oz/ 1 cup low fat pro-biotic yogurt
25 g/1 oz icing sugarFrozen Yogurt Preparation Method
Put all the ingredients into a food processor and process until combined but still quite chunky. Spoon the mixture into siz 150 ml / 1/4 pint/ 2/3 cup ramekin dishes.
Cover each dish with clear film (plastic wrap) and place in the freezer for about 2 hours or until firm.
To turn out the frozen yogurt, dip the remekin dishes briefly in hot water, be careful not to allow water to get to the dessert itself. Invert the remekin into a small serving plates. Tap the base of the dishes and the yogurts should come out.
Serve immediately, decorate with fresh or frozen berries such as blueberries, black berries and raspberries.
