Tabboulleh with White Bean and Feta Ingredients
1 5.25-ounce box tabbouleh salad mix
1 19-ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup diced tomato
1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheeseTabboulleh Preparation Method
Prepare the tabbouleh according to package instructions, omitting any oil and adding white beans, lemon, and oregano.
Once the liquid is absorbed, add the tomato and peas and toss. Divide into four servings and top each with feta cheese.
