Chef Salad (4 servings)

 

 Chef Salad Ingredients

1 head romaine lettuce, coarsely shredded
1⁄4 cup chopped watercress or parsley
1 3-ounce container broccoli sprouts
1 red onion, chopped
1 15-ounce can chickpeas
6 radishes, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1 pound poached salmon or lean cooked turkey or chicken, sliced

Chef Salad Preparation Method

 In a large bowl combine the vegetables and then evenly distribute on plates. Top with equal portions of salmon, turkey, or chicken and drizzle with avocado dressing before serving your chef salad.
