Drink plenty of water
Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables either raw or juices as they provide betacarotene and vitamin C, both essential for maintaining skin health
Choose whole grains, lean protein, foods and a moderate intake of polyunsaturated essential fatty acids found in oily fish, vegetables oils and nuts and seeds.
Ensure your diet is not lack of mineral zinc. Lean meat, skinless poultry, shellfish and nuts are all good sources. Yogurt and skimmed milk also supply useful amounts.
Cut down on chocolate, sweets, highly salted snacks and soft drinks
Restrict alcohol intake
Boost your circulation by exercising and skin brushing
Get plenty of restful sleep
Take plenty of exercise and breathe deeply.
